What this policy covers

This policy applies to the public marketing website. The Parkingsoft product (operator workspaces and guest booking pages) has its own processing as part of the service agreement with each operator.

Data we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, email, company, message) when you email or book a demo call.
• Scheduling data if you use our calendar embed (processed by the scheduling provider).
• Technical logs that a host may collect (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to keep the site available and secure.

This marketing site does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies.

Why we process it

We process this information to answer enquiries, schedule product walkthroughs, and operate a secure website. The legal bases are your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in running the site.

Processors

Hosting and, if configured, Calendly (or a similar scheduler) act as processors or independent controllers for scheduling. We only share what is needed to book the call.

Retention

Demo and enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention rules.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
